John C. Kratzer
	John C. Kratzer was elected to our nominating and governance committee in 2003. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of JMI Realty, Inc., a vertically-integrated private real estate investment and development company based in San Diego, California, since 1998. Prior to that (from 1995 to 1997), he was founder and Chief Operating Officer of Homegate Hospitality, Inc., a publicly traded company that ultimately merged with Prime Hospitality (NYSE: PDQ), where he directed operations for the development and construction of hotel properties.
Gregory M. Harden
	Gregory M. Harden was elected to our nominating and governance committee in 1996. For more than the past five years he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Harden Furniture Co., Inc., a furniture manufacturer in McConnellsville, New York. Mr. Harden also serves on the board of directors of Oneida, Ltd. (NYSE:OCQ).
