RETIREMENT PLAN COMMITTEE

James R. Riedman
	James R. Riedman was elected to the retirement plan committee in 1996. Mr. Reidman has been Chairman of our board of directors since 1996, and has also served as Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to June 2004. Mr. Riedman is the former President of Riedman Corporation, a holding company that, until January 2000, included a commercial insurance agency that obtained property and casualty insurance coverage for us. Mr. Riedman is also a director of Harris Interactive Inc., a leading market research firm (NASDQ:HPOL). In fiscal 2000, Riedman Corporation sold its insurance business.
Steven M. DePerrior
	Steven M. DePerrior was elected to the retirement plan committee in 1996. Since 1977, Mr. DePerrior has been employed with the Burke Group, an employee benefits administration and compensation consulting firm which provides services to us, as a recordkeeper. From 1977 until its sale in 1997, Mr. DePerrior was a principal in the Burke Group.
